Robert A. Fisher is a practicing attorney licensed in the state of Illinois, appearing on behalf of clients in both state and federal courts in Illinois and neighboring states for more than 46 years.

He limits his practice to criminal defense and related concerns and appears regularly in the county criminal courts located in Cook, DuPage and lake counties, Illinois and the federal district court in Chicago. He has tried serious felony matters throughout the state and in foreign jurisdictions with permission of the court.

As a member of the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA), Illinois Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (IACDL), and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), his qualifications are exceptional.

His representation of individuals and corporations accused of criminal conduct or otherwise involved in the criminal justice system since 1979 are noted.

Katherine Levine Attorney

Ms. Levine is a former assistant state’s attorney with several years of experience prosecuting a wide variety of criminal cases.

Katherine’s tenure as a prosecutor is invaluable in evaluating cases and defending individuals who face trials on serious charges.

She has a solid record in representing an accused in both State and Federal courts as well as collateral administrative proceedings.

 JASON R. FISHER - Attorney

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Fisher built a distinguished career as a prosecutor, ultimately serving as a First Chair in the Felony Trial Division of the cook county state’s attorney’s office, where he led complex prosecutions and helped oversee high-level felony matters.

Over the course of his prosecutorial career, Mr. Fisher gained rare, comprehensive experience across virtually every stage of the criminal justice process. He served in numerous divisions of the state’s attorney’s office, including Felony Review, Grand Jury, Preliminary Hearings, First Appearance Court, misdemeanors/traffic, and the Felony Trial Division, and held a leadership role as Trial Supervisor in Felony Review, where he was responsible for reviewing serious felony investigations and guiding charging decisions.

Mr. Fisher has handled and tried cases spanning the full spectrum of criminal offenses. His experience prosecuting some of the most serious crimes in the system gives him a strategic advantage in defending clients—providing unique insight into how cases are investigated, charged, and prosecuted.

Mr. Fisher brings more than 15 years of courtroom experience and trial advocacy to the defense of individuals facing serious criminal allegations. Known for his meticulous preparation, strategic thinking, and commanding courtroom presence, he is committed to protecting his clients’ rights and delivering thoughtful, aggressive representation at every stage of a case.
